A low-foam, moderately alkaline formula for the fast removal of oil and grease residues from washable surfaces. It has a high cleaning sanitizing action. It is odorless, easily rinsed and can be used both manually and by machine.

It is recommended for the cleaning of hoods, industrial equipment and washable surfaces. HACCP compliant.

PRODUCT FOR PROFESSIONAL USE

DILUTION AND USE

Dilute 2 to 20% into water, possibly hot up to 50%, depending on the type and consistency of the dirt.

The solution can be applied by spraying, with a cloth and by brushing; let is act for a few minutes and rinse accurately. Otherwise, you can immerse the parts to be degreased into the washing solution for 30 min. approx., then rinse.
