P4 Foam - 25kg

A concentrated, strongly alkaline, very foaming product that effectively removes fats and proteins even f subject to high temperatures; compatible with hard water.

It is therefore recommended for the complete removal of oil and fat from the hard surfaces that may come into contact with food products during their processing. The foam of its solutions allows for an effective treatment of the vertical, had reached surfaces. To be used with a skimming tool.

DILUTION AND USE

For high pressure washing, dilute at 2 to 3%, possibly at 50 to 70°C For distributor stage washing, dilute at 4 to e%, possibly at 50 to 70°C

Wait at least 5 minutes and accurately rinse until the foam is completely removed. Do not use on aluminum or other light alloy surfaces.
