Leader HS - 5kg

An emulsion of acrylic polymers, synthetic wax, coalescent substances and synergistic agents sensitive to high temperatures. Leader HS creates a film with an exceptional wet effect, resistant to traffic and wear, slide-proof, which does not keep dust or dirt (thus avoiding the settlement of bacterial loads) and resistant to the generation of black marks. Its wet effect increases with the use of high-speed machines (1600 to 2000 rpm). Its maintenance is easy, thanks to the use of the spray-buffing (M 2000) and spray-cleaning (Wet Look) systems. Leader HS has countless fields of application:

- on all types of water-resistant synthetic floors (linoleum, PVC, rubber, etc.).

- on non-polished marble - on pre-treated wood - on resin floors that have lost their original brightness

- on sealed terracotta (Stratos) - on floating floors Its special features recommend it use in hospitals, banks, offices, schools, etc.

Furthermore, Leader HS is different from the usually used waxes because of its trend not to yellow or darken at the edges.

PRODUCT FOR PROFESSIONAL USE

DILUTION AND USE

Itis used as pure. Prepare the surface on which you will apply LEADER HS as follows:

-If the floor is waxed, remove any layers of wax by the purposely-allocated de-waxing (Stripsi, Strip HS, Opaline), by single disk machine and blackdisk for hard floors (marble, graniteand the like), brown or blue disk for resilient floors (linoleum, PVC, rubber, etc.).

-Suck with a wet vacuum cleaner -Flush the surface and suck -Make sure there are no wax residues. Otherwise, repeat the aforementioned operations

Application of the Leader HS wax:

-Spread a first thin even layer with a wax spreader or a mop, taking care to proceed with parallel stripes

-Wait for it do fully dry (30 to 35 minutes) -Proceed with a second layer, crossing in the opposite direction.

-Wait again until it dries completely (for the aforementioned time) Further layers can be applied if you want to obtain a thicker film. This operation will allow obtaining the wet effect, allowing to act on the film by passing the high speed machine (equipped with a disk in natural fiber). For maintenance, we recommend a weekly washing of the treated floor by a neutral detergent without residue (Tergilux). For daily sweeping, we recommend the use of impregnated gauzes. Torestorethe brightness (spray-buffing), spray M 2000 and use the high-speed machine (1600 to 2000 rpm) with natural fiber disk, until the wished brightness is obtained. For dry maintenance (spray-cleaning), spray Wet Look and then intervene with a low-speed machine (400 rpm max.) with red disk. The product is frost sensitive, therefore, do not apply at temperatures below

5°C, do not generate air currents to accelerate drying; do not apply the second layer if the first one has not fully dried.
