A solution of sodium hypochlorite with a sanitizing action. Purpose for the sanitizing of washable surfaces (e. g. Tables and furniture) in the hospital, civil and food processing environments.
For the washing of fruit, vegetables, baby- bottle mouth pieces and children’s kitchenware.
Suitable for the HACCP self-control plans. It acts quickly, does not generate foam and is easily rinsed
PRODUCT FOR PROFESSIONAL USE
DILUTION AND USE
Product to be diluted at 5% (250 ml in 5 l of water) for the sanitizing of hard surfaces. Proceed with the preliminary cleaning of the surface with a neutral detergent, apply the solution of the product with a clean cloth; wait 5 minutes and then pass a cloth soaked in clean water.
For the washing of fruit and vegetables: dilute at 1% (50 ml for 5 l of water) to obtain a solution of 220 ppm of active chlorine. Soaked the fruit and vegetables into the prepared solution, let it soak for approx. 15 minutes, rinse with drinking water.
For the washing and sanitizing of the baby bottle mouthpieces and children kitchenware:
dilute at 1% (50 ml for 5 l of water, i. e. 220 ppm of active chlorine), let it soak for approx. 30 min.
and rinse in drinking water before using them.
Do not use on aluminum or light alloys. Do not mix with acids Take care not to leave any product residues on the treated surfaces.
