A waterborne compound of alkaline substances, and surfactants, supported by a high content of active chlorine, specific for those surfaces which are dirty with organic fat in the food processing industry. Sanatos is known for its sanitizing power, which contributes to the dampening of the bacterial load.

Specific for the vertical walls; the foam produced remains anchored to the surfaces, increasing the contact time that contributes to keep the detached dirt in suspension, thus facilitating its removal. It can be used with cold and hot water; it is easily rinsed and leaves the surfaces clean and bright. Active on molds, it can be used to sanitize equipment, machinery, vessels, benches etc.

DILUTION AND USE

The product can be used both manually and by machine.

For manual use: Prepare the solution in s purposely-allocated bucket, considering that - for daily cleaning - a dose of 3 to 5%. Increase to 20% if thorough cleaning is required or in overlooked situations, where the organic fat exceeds a given limit.

Before use: Make sure that the surfaces are resistant to high alkalinity. Do not mix Sanatos with other products. Follow the indications of the label or the HACCP plan. Do not use on aluminum, iron or light alloys.

For machine use: Prepare the solution in a bucket or directly in the machine tank, mixing a percentage of 2% of SANATOS with water. Increase the concentration until you achieved the wished result and depending on the type of dirt.
