Unica - 5L

An emulsion of acrylic polymers, synthetic wax, coalescent agents and synergistic substances. Its exceptionalness ranks it to the first place for fast action and brightness in only one layer, where - because of tight timing - you cannot wait for a layer to dry before spreading the subsequent one.

Slider-proof and very resistant to heavy foot traffic. Recommended for very porous absorbing floors, which would require several layers of wax and - consequently - excessive product consumption.

Unica is used on all types of floors, such as PVC, rubber, linoleum, marble, terracotta and floating floors. Its optimum spreadability allows the wax ensuring an aesthetic fast result in every situation an in every place.

DILUTION AND USE

It is used as pure. Prepare the surface on which you will apply Unica as follows:

If the floor is waxed, remove any layers of wax by the purposely-allocated de-waxing (Stripsi, Strip HS,

Opaline), by single disk machine and black disk for hard floors (marble, granite and the like), brown or blue disk for resilient floors (linoleum, PVC, rubber, etc.).

Suck with a wet vacuum cleaner. Flush the surface and suck. Make sure there are no wax residues.

Otherwise, repeat the aforementioned operations Application of the Unica wax:

Spread only one even layer with a wax spreader or a mop, taking care to proceed on the whole surface and making sure that no areas to be waxed are overlooked. Wait for it do fully dry (30 to 35 minutes)

On very porous absorbing floors, two layers of wax may be required. For maintenance, we recommend a weekly washing of the treated floor with a neutral detergent. For daily sweeping, we recommend the use of impregnated gauzes.
