A compound of surfactants and waterborne synergistic substances.

Developed for a frequent cleaning and disinfection of all the washable surfaces that may also come into contact to the food products. It does not affect metals, light alloys or Plexiglas surfaces. Recommended for the disinfection within the institutional environments (schools, offices, food processing and non-food processing factories, medical areas).

The formula is based upon quaternary ammonium salts and can therefore be a valid tool for the application of the HACCP plans and in all those situations where molds and bacteria generate issues. It cleans and disinfects in only one operation. It is widely used for the steel microwave ovens, both outside and inside. It does not contain any abrasive substances, there is no risk of scratches or stripness.

DILUTION AND USE

Remove the rough residues of dirt with a wet cloth or paper. Apply Saniter Plus as it is on the surface to be treated, after - in any case ascertaining its suitability, with a rag, spray or atomizing; let it act for 5 minutes (bactericidal activity) or for 15 minutes (fungicide and virucidal activities for enveloped viruses); then pass the single-use paper or a wet cloth. The best results are achieve, in particular with machinery or equipment in contact with perishable substances, if you apply Saniter Plus without rinsing at the end of the day, in order to prevent the proliferation of bacteria, mold and yeast.

As a precaution, rinse with drinking water the surfaces that come into touch with the food products, immediately before they are used again, and dry. Bactericidal and fungicide disinfectant in compliance with standards EN 13697, EN 13727, EN 1276, EN 1650 and EN 13624 Virucidal (enveloped virus)disinfectant in compliance with standards EN 14476, and EN 16777.
