A compound of surfactants, inhibited acids and waterborne synergistic substances. Appropriate for the removal of limestone deposits, rust, concrete, calcium of floors, taps, ceramic and encrusted surfaces. It can be safely used.

It does not release harmful vapors and is pleasantly scented. Its particularity is also that it removes any efflorescence that generate on terracotta floors before they are treated. Calcanet is a descaler included in the cleaning program in compliance with the HACCP SYSTEM. Therefore, it is useful in the food processing industry, in restoration and in the dairy and wine industries

Calcanet can be used on all the acid-resistant materials, including aluminum, as long as its concentration of use never exceeds 0.5%(500 g in 10 l of water).

In such case the treated surface needs to be flushed. Attention: the product cannot be mixed with other ones (e. g.: sodium hydrochloride).

Product appropriate for the cleaning of surfaces in contact with food products. At low dilution, it can also be applied on waxed floors.

DILUTION AND USE

The product can be used with the manual system, with scrubberdriersorwith the appropriateequipment of the fixed systems of the food processing industry.

Procedure formanual use: Pure, using a soft cloth or -if required -an abrasive sponge if required in case of resistance encrustations. Pure for WC’s or urinals: spread the product onto the surface to be treated, slightly rub with the pipe cleaner and rinse. For the floor, prepare a 10 to 12%solution in 10 liters of water and apply it to the surface by a purposely-allocated mop. Let act for a few minutes. In case of persistent stains, we recommend using a black or brown swab for hard surfaces, a green or white one for soft surfaces. (Warning: if it is used as leaching reagent on worn out marble, which cannot be recovered by other products, dilute from 1%to 2%). Rinsing is raccomanded at the end of each operation.

Procedure for use with equipment: In a bucket prepare a 1 to 3%solution of Calcanet in 10 liters of water.

Introduce the prepared solution into the machine and apply it onto the floor to be treated In case of persistent stains, we recommend soaking without suction for a maximum contact time no longer than

5 minutes). Suck and flush. The same operation can be performed with the single-disk machine. For immersion cleaning or on purposely- allocated washing machines, we recommend a solution varying from 1 to 3%.
