Fata HACCP - 5kg

A compound of non-acid substances that act as degreasing and polishing detergents for the fast cleaning of wet or soaked surfaces, stainless steel or resin sinks, tiles and kitchen shelves. A detergent for daily use, it brightens the treated parts, acts as descaling agent, even though it is not acid based.

It does not attacks the chromium plating, but it degreases and polishes them without generating unpleasant stains, it does not scratch and does not require rinsing. It is particularly suitable for the HACCP system in situations where the surfaces are in strict contact with the food products: kitchens, bars, restaurants, canteens and communities.

DILUTION AND USE

Fata HACCP is used as pure.

Spray the product onto the surface after ascertaining its appropriateness, let it act a few minutes, rinse or pass a clean cloth or purposely-allocated paper until it dries completely.

Its high cleaning power makes it active also on fume stains, rooted dirt etc. The 750 ml package is provided with a dispenser that creates foam that remains anchored also on vertical surfaces; furthermore, it prevents the bothersome nebulizing of the product.
