Betodur - 5kg

A water emulsion of special acrylic dispersions, coalescent agents and synergistic substances. Its particular structure makes of it a waterborne long- term protection for concrete and stone floors and honed tiles (particularly suitable for outdoor applications). Betodur is a seal with a strong resistance to the mechanical action and can create a firm coating on the treated surface.

Its main feature is that it adheres so that it avoids the dusting of concrete.

Furthermore, it protects the treated surface against the impregnation of stains and dirt; furthermore, it allows the operator to easily perform the maintenance operations. Its main features are its easy spreadability, the fast drying and the optimum anchorage to the treated surfaces. Betodur resists to water, to washing by purposely-allocated detergents, and to the traffic. Its formulation is special for optimum resistance on outdoor surfaces, but with very good results also on the indoor ones.

DILUTION AND USE

Betodur is to be used as pure (dilution is recommended for the primer). In order to create a good structure on the surface, we recommend laying two coatings, which can be applied by paintbrush, was spreader or roller.

The primer can be spread also on a wet (but not soaked) floor. We recommend a preliminary preparation of the surface by appropriate cleaning, so that the porosities are open (Accadi if greasy dirt and then Calcanet if the dirt is dry), then flush, so that no residues are left.

We recommend checking the anchorage of Betodur on a small portion of the surface before any application. The yield of every liter of product is 10 sq. m with for two coatings of the product; such data may vary depending on either the porosity of the floor or the conditions. The treatment is not recommended in wet environments and/or cold weather
