Cotto Super - 5kg

An emulsion of synthetic waxes in acrylic dispersion, coalescent agents and synergistic substances, recommended for the treatment of non- vitrified terracotta floors. It ensures a result similar to the treatment that was made in the past, in short time and with easy application. It ensures brightness to the treated surface, even, natural appearance and prevents dirt and stains from entering the sub-stratum, this preserving the heavy traffic treated surface.

The film is of the semi-permanent type and it can be removed by Accadi; not with a common de-waxing product.

Cotto Super is used for the finishing treatment of floors that were previously treated with Stratos.

DILUTION AND USE

It is used pure as a basic treatment, the application of two layers is recommended. If the surface is very absorbing and requires higher polishing, increase the number of applications up to three layers.

Before every application, make sure that the floor does not show any greasy stains (which can be removed by Accadi) or limestone efflorescences (which can be removed with Calcanet).

Flush two or three times and then apply the first layer of Cotto Super, vertical by a wax spreader or a clean cloth; wait 30 minutes for the first layer to dry and - if required - apply second layer in the opposite direction than the previous one. It you wish to increase the level of brightness, you can intervene with a medium-speed single-disk machine (400 to 1000 rpm), provided with a purposely-allocated disk. Cotto Super supports the maintenance washing very well, which can be performed every day by a neutral product such as Tergilux (in a 1 to 2% solution), on a weekly basis for deeper cleaning, with Tergipav (in a 0.5 to 1% max solution).
