Dishmatic AK - 13kg

A compound of sodium hydroxide with organic builders and waterborne surfactants. It is used for professional and non-professional machine washing of kitchenware, glasses, cutlery and pans. It is effective also in hard water and facilitates rinsing.

Thanks to its high degreasing properties, it thoroughly cleans any type of organic and non-organic dirt, leaving the surfaces bright.

Its main feature is that - if frequently used - it does not allow for the generation of limestone scales within the dishwasher. Soaking is recommended in case of very dry protein dirt.

DILUTION AND USE

Its standard use is 2 to 5 ml per liter of water. It can be used either with the automatic meter or by connecting a hose directly to the tank.
