A strongly alkaline, little foaming product that effectively removes fats and proteins even f subject to high temperatures; compatible with very hard water. Therefore, it is recommended for the complete removal of residual oil and fat, even from the frying pans, and also for the washing of bottles, tanks and piping in the breweries and beverage industry. Its formula allows for easy rinsing also with the use at high turbulence and prevents the generation of limestone residues.

DILUTION AND USE

For spray washing, dilute at 0.5 to 7% at 50 to 70°C.

For bottle and immersion washing, dilute at 0.5 to 1.5% at 50-80°C. Rinse accurately. Do not use on aluminum or other light alloy surfaces.
