A compound of surfactants and alkaline substances for the degreasing of capturing hoods. It quickly acts on the burned grease and solubilizes it to make its removal easier.

It does not damage stainless steel, the hot enameled parts and the nickel- chromium plated ones. Recommended for HACCP in the procedure to remove the rough part before their disinfection.

DILUTION AND USE

For thorough degreasing, start with a 10% dilution until you reach a maximum of 90% in case of burned or very heavy grease. Apply the solution onto the surface; let it act for some minutes, rinse.

Not recommended for use on aluminum surfaces or painted parts.

For a perfect cleaning of the filters, prepare a 15 to 50% solution (1.5 to -5 liters of product on 10 liters of water, preferably hot). Immerse the filter and make sure it is perfectly submerged. If needed, let the filter soak for max. 4 hours, then extract it and rinse with a powerful jet of water.

Dry with air or let it drip until it is completely dry.
